Return & Refund Policy
Due to the exclusivity and limited availability for some of our items, all sales are considered final upon receipt of payment unless it falls under fault of Ville 9. All sale items are final sale - no exceptions.
We do not provide refund however, exchanges may be accepted under extenuating circumstances and returns are accepted within 14 days:
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
- Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
- We recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping.
- Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and sale items will not accepted
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
- Ville 9 is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, imperfection or it just clashes with your personality), simply send it back to us within 14 days of delivery. Once we get your returned goods, a store credit code will be issued. Please note your internal credit note expires 60 days from the date of issuance. We do not email you confirming the store credit issuance when you are ready to use please email us with the items and we will process it accordingly.
Returns must be in original condition (this means unworn, unwashed & free from tanning or make-up stains with original tags & packaging).
Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning something due to a mistake by us.

Did you receive the incorrect item?
If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.
